User Agreement

1.2. By using the Website, the User confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. Services
2.1. The Website provides information about event organization services and enables the User to submit an inquiry regarding the organization of an event.
2.2. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute an offer or create any contractual obligation until the terms are separately agreed in writing.
3. Personal Data
3.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Website’s Privacy Policy.
4. Liability
4.1. The User undertakes to provide accurate and truthful information.
4.2. The Operator shall not be liable for temporary technical disruptions or interruptions in the operation of the Website.
4.3. The Operator does not guarantee that a contract will be concluded as a result of submitting an inquiry.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All content on the Website, including texts, images, logos, and other materials, is the property of the Operator or is used on a lawful basis.

Appendix — Technical Service Provider
WEZAYND L.L.C-FZ is not a seller of services, does not process payments, and is not a merchant of record.
All commercial claims related to services, payments, refunds, or warranties must be addressed to the Website Operator.
The technical service provider is responsible solely for its own technical obligations under its agreement with the Operator.
